We talk with David Fladd about Release Over 20. This is an initiative that David started to get anglers to voluntarily release speckled trout over 20" long. Typically speckled trout of this size are female breeders. The goal of releasing these fish is to increase the natural stock of speckled trout available for all the enjoy.
